Family First Aid

CPR-esq family and friends courses are ideal for families who want to learn the basics of first aid. These courses are ideal for families that are starting off, wanting their children to learn or to give their domestics the knowledge to help when an emergengy happens. Basic Family First Aid

In this course we will teach moms and dads, grandparents and domestics how to treat minor bleeding, caring for burns, choking and bone injuries. You will  be taught how to do various techniques of CPR. Feel confident in yourself, your family and you domestic when it comes to an emergency.

**This course can be done online or in a blended format**

CPR for everyone

The CPR for EVERYONE course is designed to teach the techniques of CPR and choking in adults, children and infants, and the use of the AED to lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in their occupation or workplace. The Course is ideal for parents, grandparents, security personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, lifeguards, swimming coaches, health and fitness staff, corporate and retail employees and other lay responders.

First Aid essentials for children

This course is intended primarily for lay responders  who are expected to provide CPR and first aid directly to children. The course targets  parents, caregivers, guardians, domestic workers, or family members of a child at high risk for sudden death, and other laypersons wanting to learn first aid essentials for children.
